Cleanroom More than twenty years ago Scanbech was the first company in Scandinavia to blow mould tablet containers suitable for snap on, tamper evident closures. Eight years later we were also able to offer containers using the injection blow moulding process. Today Scanbech manufacture a range of bottles and containers from 22-3000 ml, in various materials. 
Scanbech’s clean room production is situated in a purpose built unit adjacent to the original factory and office in Denmark. Cleanroom production ensures bottles are produced in dust free and clean enviroment. The cleanroom at Scanbech operates to the American standard FS 209E "class 100.000 (at 5,0 µm)", a standard generally accepted throughout the world. An ongoing training programme ensures that all employees possess the necessary qualifications to operate the cleanroom within the FS209E standard. |
