Quality control Scanbech’s quality system has been established according to the most stringent principles and in cooperation with our major pharmaceutical customers. Samples are taken from each machine a minimum of every second hour, when each cavity is checked. This control check is performed by trained quality personnel. This control is executed by specially trained quality employees. Bottles/caps are weighed, measured and visually inspected. This control is executed within the production departments. All relevant information including cycle time,weight, sequential numbering are recorded in the control data sheet, so that traceability for each carton is possible. The quality department goes through all the samples / data collected, which are then measured against approved drawings, on which dimensions are clearly underlined vacuum, colour and drop tests are checked. As a final examination a finished goods control, according to Military Standard 105Eб General Inspection level II can be carried out. |
